GET OUT AND EXERCISE!!!! It’s fun, healthy, and can even improve your mood. Now who wouldn’t want that? We’ll tell you how exercise can improve your health, mood, body image, and more. Everyone knows how exercising can sometimes be boring, but you can always try exercising with a friend or even listen to your favorite music for motivation.

When you exercise, you receive more energy than when you eat a healthy snack.  It’s much easier to exercise if you do it with friends. For example, playing soccer or football is no fun without teams. In addition to sports, people also dance or even go shopping to keep up on their shape. I know what you’re thinking. Shopping is healthy? …  Well when you carry all those bags of new things you just purchased on your arms, it builds muscle up inside of you. Maybe even try to give yourself a goal to reach in exercising, such as trying to exercise an hour every day. Lastly, if you are still bored of just exercising, try getting your iPod and listening to music while being active at the same time.

    Secondly, overall daily exercise prevents diseases. It also increases your metabolism, kills fat, and gives you energy. Exercising reduces the risk of heart diseases, cancer, high blood pressure, and other risky things of that nature.  Plus, exercise can make the aging process of your skin go slower than others that don’t exercise.  Once you begin exercising on a daily basis, you won’t abandon your routine.  Looking and feeling better is worth an hour out of everyday reserved for exercising. Without normal exercise, everything about someone or their lives would change negatively. Being active is what influences your lifestyle positively! 

    I know what you’re thinking... I’m too busy to busy to exercise, yet you’re too stressful. Most people are stressful when they return home from work. Well when you exercise, it reduces stress and even helps you sleep better. Still if you’re at work you can exercise by parking your car far in the parking lot. Just by walking you’re losing weight and getting some exercise.  With the exercise, you’ll gain lots of energy to work more. Now you’ll get the work done and feel good at the same time.  Another exercise you can do is stretching for 10-30 seconds each body part
     Just kickback!!!  Now you may be thinking you’re too tired and busy with your life for exercise. Go get motivated and you’ll exercise happily. Once you start you won’t want to stop. Exercise is fun and entertaining to anyone wanting to try it. Remember what I stated above about exercising at work, well why not? Spare time is the perfect opportunity to get yourself going.  I know it might not be that easy to do it, but it just takes one try to get yourself dedicated. 

        Exercise is 100% beneficial. No reason not to! Exercise can help your body in so many ways. It could help you prevent diseases, keep your body in shape, and most importantly keep you healthy. You could exercise at work, you can walk, jog, dance, and other workouts to keep your body going. Getting out an hour a day is an excellent exercise. Get up, be active, but don’t over exercise.  Now you’ll love to exercise everyday an hour a day.
