Exercise ! At least An Hour Every Day !

Many people think that exercising is boring but...

to solve that promblem, people should try playing sports with a friend or listening to their favorite music. They could also going shopping; carrying heavy bags is an exercise for those shopaholics. buy something new, for example a tredmill to make you more excited about exercise ,like running inside a house :). you could also buy new shoes for your exercise.
step 1: get a healthly snack & make sure you're hydrated.
Step 2: Wear a more flexible fit outfit for you to feel more comfortable doing things you don't usually try.
Step 3: go exercise an hour a day!
Step 4: you become used to exercising everyday!
